We are a subsidiary of St. Edenweiss International Enterprises Group, Co., Ltd., a public company in China. Established in 1988, the Group is one of the three largest cashmere manufacturers in China. With an annual
production of more than 2 million pieces, the group sells its products all over the world.

3. Our brand "St. Edenw" was awarded the gold medal at the 6th International Conference on Goats held in 1996. It is also one of the 33 official trademarks issued by the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade. Our new brand for US and European market is: " Eden".

4. The Group has two factories in Shanghai, one factory in Shenzhen, one factory in Xian, two factories in Yinchuan, China.

5. The Group has more than 20 subsidiaries in China, USA, France, Germany, Italy, Japan and some other countries.

6. We have over 5,000 employees using the most modern equipment designed and imported from Europe and the US. All of our products are made by trained professionals with at least 5 years experience.

7. In order to maintain quality and ensure a steady supply of the highest quality cashmere, the Group has agoat farm in Ningxia province approximately 500 hectares large. Approximately 350,000 goats are raised
each year.

All of our cashmere products are manufactured ourselves from our own raw materials in 8 factories across China.

8. Our extensive quality control system has been approved by Det Norske Veritas and conforms to the ISO9902 quality system standard.
