When you finished the Check Out process, online bank will hold the amount you pay and they will confirm the receipt of your payment. We ship the goods and tell them, then they will help us to charge the amount you paid. Credit card payment is a safe method for both of us and it's the fastest way to pay and get your cashmere products. Under credit card, you can have many shipping choice. You can either choose Overnight, 2nd Day Shipping or Standard shipping. There is no limit on what kind of shipping you choose. Our online banking (gateway) is authorize.net, which is a famous online financial service company and all the transactions are processed in their secure credit card processing system. For security reasons, we do not store your credit card information. Return customers have to reenter your credit card information during the check out process. (We store all the general info such as name, address, phone number, email address and your purchase records, you don't need to enter those info again. ) eCheck. Under eCheck, online bank helps you to pay with eCheck and inform us. We have to wait for our bank to cash the eCheck, then we ship the goods. Under eCheck, you can only choose standard shipping. Money Order and Traveler's Check. To facilitate some customer's purchasing, we also accept money order and traveler's check. But it is the slowest method to finish the payment process. It takes a few days for you to mail it to us. We will try to cash it on the same day we receive it if it is a weekday. It usually takes 3-4 days for our bank to cash it, we will ship the goods after the payment is cashed. Under money orders and traveler's checks, you can only choose Standard Shipping. Refund for Returns. It is easy for you to get back your money if you choose to pay with credit card. We will return the total amount of the product to your credit card account. For all the other payment, we will refund you by mailing out our company check.
