Just like you buy from any department stores, it is your right to return and exchange any cashmere products you purchased from our online store within 30 days. RETURNS: If you do not like the quality, designs, colors, sizes, you just simply return it to us. We will refund your full amount without any questioning. We hope you can put a slip of paper and the original invoice in the package telling us the reasons why you return it. This important information will help us to improve our products and service in the future. For full merchandise credit, please keep the merchandise "brand new", enclose your packing slip, original invoice, the free gift box and the noting of the reason for return and put it in the box, and ship the package pre-paid and insured to:
Your account will be credited or you will receive our company check for full merchandise amount minus the credit card processing fee (Approximately 3%) when it arrives, the shipping charges are non refundable.
If the cashmere sweaters, apart from its original defects, get stained or some other problems, you cannot get fully refunded. ORDER CANCELLATION AND EXCHANGES: You may cancel any Eden Cashmere order as long as the order status is "in process." If order status is "shipped," it cannot be canceled.
You can also change the products within 30 days after you purchased the products. You just send us an email to: sales@edencashmere.com or call: 888-383-3877, telling us the reason you want to change and what cashmere products you want to change with. If the price is the same, we will send the item you want as soon as we receive your " Brand New" cashmere products (Please see RETURNS for details on this information". If there is a price difference, we will charge or return the difference and then change the items you want.
